Tour Itinerary :
DURATION: FULL DAY
Departs: Daily from 09:00 am – 07:00 pm.
We will pick you up from the main square (Plaza de armas) at 9:00 am. In this tour we will take you to the Sacred Valley, taking the P’isaq route. Where you are going to visit the colonial town of P’isaq, in which is a indigenous and traditional market, a convenient place to buy handicrafts and souvenirs. After this we will head to the archaeological site that is beautifully carved in the highest mountains. We continue the journey and have the ability to appreciate the picturesque villages Calca and Urubamba, where we will enjoy a buffetlunch with traditional stews.
In the afternoon we will visit the village of Ollantanytambo and the Inca Archaeological site. This place is unique in South America for its originality, as people continue to live in palaces and Inca residences as they did 500 years ago. We will return to Cusco through Chincheros, one of the most interesting place of the Andes. It has plateaus of multicolored crop fields, the chain of snow peaks of the Valley and a beautiful sunset. We are also going to visit the colonial church, which is located on an Inca palace, visit the museum of Andean dresses, and then head back to Cusco, arriving at about 7 pm.
